주요 업무
1.
제품 기획
•
제품 정의: 고객의 문제와 시장 니즈를 반영해 제품 목표를 설정하고 범위를 구체화합니다.
•
기능 설계: 서베이 경험을 최적화하기 위한 정보구조, 사용자 플로우, UI/UX를 설계합니다.
•
품질 관리: 새 기능을 직접 테스트하고 완성도를 높여 사용자 경험을 개선합니다.
2.
제품 운영 및 고객 지원
•
이슈 대응: 운영 중 발생하는 문제를 빠르게 파악하고 해결책을 제시합니다.
•
기술 지원: 고객이 겪는 불편의 원인을 진단하고 명확한 가이드를 제공합니다.
•
지식 관리: 매뉴얼, 가이드, 정책 등 제품 관련 자료를 체계화하여 팀과 고객에게 공유합니다.
3.
분석과 개선
•
제품 분석: 사용자 행동 데이터와 피드백을 기반으로 개선 포인트를 도출합니다.

환경 분석: 시장·고객·AI 기술 트렌드를 조사하고 제품 전략에 반영합니다.

자격 요건

3년 이상의 PM 경력

Key Responsibilities
1.
Product Planning
•
Product Definition: Set product goals and scope based on customer problems and market needs.
•
Feature Design: Design information architecture, user flows, and UI/UX to optimize survey experiences.
•
Quality Management: Test new features directly and improve completeness to enhance user experience.
2.
Product Operations and Customer Support
•
Issue Resolution: Quickly identify problems during operations and propose solutions.
•
Technical Support: Diagnose causes of customer inconveniences and provide clear guidance.
•
Knowledge Management: Systematize product-related materials such as manuals, guides, and policies to share with the team and customers.
3.
Analysis and Improvement
•
Product Analysis: Derive improvement points based on user behavior data and feedback.
•
Environment Analysis: Research market, customer, and AI technology trends and incorporate them into product strategy.
•
Process Improvement: Actively introduce processes and tools to increase internal collaboration efficiency.
Requirements
1.
3+ years of PM experience
2.
Ability to structure problems and present logical solutions
3.
Clear communication skills with diverse team members
4.
Basic understanding of AI and SaaS environments
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience with user survey and customer research SaaS products
•
Ability to proactively handle various tasks (design, development, etc.) as a founding member of an early-stage startup
